Your data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. Base44 acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Only authorised staff at Fish N Fry can access your data via a password-protected admin panel.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Voucher records — including your name and email — are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the voucher expiry date. After this period, data is securely deleted. If you withdraw your marketing consent, your data will only be retained as long as needed to process your voucher.
