1. About This Service

The Scratch & Snack loyalty game ("the Game") is a digital promotional tool provided by Standout Marketing ("the Platform Provider") on behalf of participating businesses such as Fish N Fry ("the Business"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

• The Game is open to customers of Fish N Fry.
• Participants must be aged 16 or over.
• Play limits apply per device. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in your vouchers being invalidated.

3. Vouchers & Prizes

• Vouchers are issued as prizes for winning game sessions and are subject to the expiry dates shown.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless explicitly stated.
• Each voucher code is unique and can only be redeemed once.
• Vouchers must be presented (either digitally or as a screenshot) to a member of staff at Fish N Fry to be redeemed.
• Standout Marketing is not responsible for the fulfilment of prizes — this is solely the responsibility of the participating Business.

4. Right to Refuse Vouchers

Fish N Fry reserves the right to refuse or suspend voucher redemption at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Game or voucher system.
• Technical errors that result in an excessive or unintended number of vouchers being issued.
• Operational constraints that make fulfilment of prizes impractical or commercially unviable.
• Circumstances beyond the Business's reasonable control.

In the event of a technical error resulting in a large volume of winning vouchers being issued, the Business may choose to honour only a reasonable number of redemptions at their discretion. Players will not be entitled to compensation beyond the stated prize.

5. Changes to the Game

Fish N Fry and Standout Marketing reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. Prize types, win frequencies, and play limits may be changed at any time. Continued use of the Game following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Standout Marketing, as the Platform Provider, is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Game, including but not limited to: failure to receive a prize, voucher expiry, technical failures, or refusal of redemption by the Business. The Game is provided "as is" for promotional purposes only.

7. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting your details to claim a voucher, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.
